“Fall asleep faster, naturally and wake up refreshed”--thisworks (Deep Sleep Pillow Spray) I don’t know about anyone else, but I have some trouble sleeping and just staying asleep through the night. I’’l go to bed around 10:00 or 11:00 o’clock at night, but then I’ll end up waking up around 2:00 or 3:00 o’clock in the morning. I didn’t know if it’s because I might have some mild form of insomnia or something else, but I can’t remember the last time I got a full night's sleep. But then I was given the Deep Sleep Pillow Spray from “thisworks” and it really didn’t work. At least for me. The bottle says “fall asleep faster, naturally and wake up refreshed”, but I don’t think they mean in the middle of the night. You’re supposed to spray the mist on the pillows or bed covers. It’s supposed to promote rest and relaxation. But I don’t think it works. Maybe the smell could be relaxing, but I do not like the scent of this at all. It’s so overwhelming, that it makes it hard to relax. So maybe that’s why it doesn’t work for me. It smells like a mixture of peppermint and lavender. When in reality it’s a mixture of linalool; linalyl acetate; vetiverols; ocimene; caryophyllene; turpentine-4ol; beta-pinene; d-limonene; 1-octen-3-yl acetate; and geraniol. But to put it simply, it's a “natural” blend with lavender, vetivert and wild camomile. But it’s so overwhelming, that I can’t focus on sleeping.
Overall I would give this product a 2/10. The smell is way too overwhelming, it doesn’t work, and it just left my sheets wet. If you’re having trouble sleeping, go to a doctor or find a better way to help you, because the Deep Sleep Pillow Spray isn’t going to help you.
