6 Cute Valentine's Day Date Outfits

One of the most important parts of date night, specifically Valentines date night, is the outfit. Okay, yeah, it’s not the most important part. But it plays an important part! Even though I’m single and have no plans on going out, here are just some cute outfits that I have IF I had a Valentine and we were not in a pandemic.

Maybe you and your significant other are planning on going to a fancier restaurant. Maybe it has a dress code? There is nothing better than a little black dress, black heels, and a nice red lip. It’s classic. It’s elegant. And it’s an easy look for when you need something.

I posted this picture on my ig (_bells_marie_), but I love this cute tulle skirt with the red shirt, black ankle boots, with a cute little heart necklace. Super cute and something simple for a regular night out. ​

If you don’t like dresses or skirts (let’s be honest, they can be a pain in the ass sometimes), then nothing says stylish like a good pair of jeans. Especially if the date is as casual as a walk on the beach or to the park or even just to the movies. Something like a cardigan or a little jacket with a cami under is great for a nice casual date.

Another cute outfit would be leggings, long boots, and a cute lacy top. I don’t normally like pink, but I make a small exception for Valentine's Day because it fits the aesthetic. ​

If you’re not a fan of skirts that show your legs whether it’s because you’re insecure or because you think they suck (trust me, I get it), then wear a long one. A long skirt and a flowy shirt can definitely be super cute if you just tuck the shirt into the skirt, but not all the way.

If you’re just spending Valentine's night in this year (because you know, we’re in a pandemic) then a nice comfy lounge outfit is perfect for this occasion. A pair of sweatpants and an oversize hoodie/t-shirt is perfect. Just to add for maximum comfort, a nice pair of fuzzy socks and a fuzzy blanket could help for maximum cuddles.
